If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy.

📅 Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused or lightly used

  • Must be clean and in good condition

  • Must be returned in the original packaging 

👉 For hygiene and pet safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of items that are:

  • excessively worn

  • damaged by pets (chewed, torn, heavily soiled)

🔁 How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us with your order number

  2. Tell us the reason for your return

  3. We will provide return instructions and the return address

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
    (unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect)

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method

💵 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

✔ Your refund will be approved
✔ A refund will be issued to your original payment method

🕒 Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

❌ Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The item is heavily used or damaged

  • The return is requested after 30 days

  • The product is lost in return shipping without tracking

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will:

✔ Replace the item OR
✔ Issue a full refund (including shipping)

at no extra cost to you

🔄 Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return your product and place a new order.
